Inner Liner

Designed to minimize air seepage into adjacent areas of the tire. A critical component of tire life.

Body

High-tensile strength plies. These plies allow the tire to maintain air pressure while carrying its load.

Bead Assembly

A combination of steel and nylon chafers (reinforcing cord layers) wrapped around the bead. These combinations reinforce the bead area to secure the inflated tire to the rim. The fitment must be secure enough that air does not leak during normal operation.
